The easiest way to book assistance when travelling with c2c is by giving us 24 hours notice of your travel plans so we can make arrangements for our staff to be on hand and ready to help you.
To book assistance please call: 01702 357 640 where we will ask you for details of the time you wish to travel, your departing and arrival stations and details of your return journey. This number is open between the hours of 0800 – 2000 Monday to Saturday.
We understand that you may not always be able to confirm the time of your exact return journey so we will ask you to give your best estimate within an hour. This is important so that we can either arrange additional staff to help you at stations outside normal opening hours or make alternative arrangements to ensure you have the safest and most comfortable journey possible. But please do remember to book with 24 hours notice.
For customers unable to book in advance our staff will take reasonable steps to help you on the day. However please bear in mind that there may only be one member of staff on duty helping other customers and they but not be able to assist you as quickly as you would like.
Our trains will be busier than usual during the games. If a particular train is too busy for you to board then we will aim to help you on to the next train available that has sufficient capacity.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: If you purchase tickets where your train journey begins off of the c2c route then it is advisable to contact the train company you are starting your journey with.
