Normal services will run throughout c2c during the weekend of 1 and 2 September, with no engineering work.

Some late night services during the following week, however, will be affected by work on the track.

From Monday 3 September until Thursday 6 September 2007 inclusive, however, all trains departing Fenchurch Street from 2220 and booked to run via Ockendon will be diverted via Rainham while work is carried out on the line between Upminster and Grays. A replacement bus service will run between Upminster and Grays.

Services via Laindon will not be affected.

Travelling times, where part or all of the journey involves bus transfer, will be extended and passengers are advised to allow extra time for their journey.

Unfortunately it will not be possible to carry cycles, prams and bulky luggage on the replacement coach services.

The work being carried out will help to maintain c2c's high levels of punctuality which currently stand at 94.6%.

Details of all c2c services, including the amended services for the above evenings, can be obtained by calling 08457 48 49 50.
