c2c has broken its own performance record with a stunning 97.2% of trains all day arriving on time for the four weeks ending 29 April. This keeps c2c at the top of the nation's PPM league
c2c has broken its own performance record with a stunning 97.2% of trains all day arriving on time for the four weeks ending 29 April. This keeps c2c at the top of the nation's PPM league.
During the same period peak commuter trains (using charter measurement) achieved 98.8% punctuality.
New Route Director Kevin Frazer, commenting on the performance figures, said I am delighted for my customers that c2c has turned in another excellent performance this month. I want to assure everyone that we will continue to focus on delivering a safe, reliable, punctual rail service to world class levels .
