Working with local passenger groups across the c2c route

c2c works with local passenger groups from along our route through a combine Rail User Group that we set up to discuss and inform on future timetable changes, and ensure passenger’s views are considered when we plan and implement new timetables. The local passenger groups we work with are the Southend Rail Travellers Association (SRTA), Thurrock Rail User Groups (TRUG) and Laindon Passenger Group (LPG).

c2c is always keen to work with passenger representative groups. If your area is not currently represented by an existing group and you are able to set up a formal rail user group to represent the views of local passengers then please email contact@c2crail.co.uk.
