Science Museum
- Whether you want to know how to launch a rocket or control a magnetic cloud, the Science Museum brings science to life and life to science.
- With over 15,000 original objects on display and 800 interactive experiences, the Science Museum has something for the whole family.

Getting there
From London Fenchurch Street it's just 19 minutes on the Circle or District line to South Kensington station. From there it's less than 10 minutes walk to the Museum.
Imperial War Museum
IWM London is closed until July 2013 for a major redevelopment project. The museum will partially re-open with a new family exhibition Horrible Histories®: Spies. In summer 2014, after a year of continued transformation and development, the museum will fully re-open.
While IWM London is closed, IWM’s other London branches, Churchill War Rooms and HMS Belfast, will remain open as normal.

Getting there
From London Fenchurch Street it's just a 12 minute Tube journey to Lambeth North station with ine interchange. The Museum is a 6 minute walk from the station.
Tate Modern
- Created from a disused power station in the year 2000, Tate Modern displays the nation's collection of international modern art.
- If you're an avid art lover, then this is a great place to spend the day.
- Opening hours: Sun to Thurs 10am - 6pm; Fri & Sat 10am - 10pm

Getting there
From London Fenchurch Street it's just a 6 minute journey to Blackfriar's station and a further 10 minutes on foot.
The British Museum
- If you like history, you'll love the British Museum. It houses the world's greatest collection of antiquities from Ancient Greece, Rome, Asia and prehistoric Britain.
- The British Museum is also very close to Coram's Fields playground featured here so everyone gets something out of the day.

Getting there
From London Fenchurch Street it's a 15 minute Tube ride on the District or Circle with one interchange on the Northern line to Tottenham Court Road station. The Museum is a 5 minute walk from the station.
Museum of London
- The most famous disaster in London's history - 'London's Burning: The Great Fire of London in 1666' - is a moment in time worth recalling. This exhibition tells its story through the voices of those who lived through it and it's free!!
- This Museum is great fun for kids too with interactive displays. There's also a replica 16th century fireman's hat to try on!!
- Opening hours: Mon to Sat 10am - 5.50pm; Sun 12pm - 5.50pm

Getting there
From London Fenchurch Street it's 10 minutes on the Circle line to Barbican station with a 6 minute walk from the station.
National Army Museum
- There's something for everyone at the National Army Museum - history for grown ups and a Kids' Zone for the young ones.
- Discover adventure, banish boredom and unleash imagination in the Kids' Zone. This is a free interactive learning and play space. Bring all your troops!!

Getting there
From London Fenchurch Street it's 16 minutes on the District or Circle line to Sloane Square station. Srom the station it's less than 15 minutes walk to the Museum.
