All you need to know about general accessibility enquiries and requesting additional assistance for your journey.

Assisted Travel

For general accessibility inquiries or to request assistance for your journey, our Assisted Travel team can be contacted by telephone and textphone 01702 357640 (05:30-22:00 Monday - Friday, 06:00-21:00 Saturday and 07:00-17:00 Sunday)

We understand that you may not always be able to confirm the time of your exact return journey so we will ask you to give your best estimate within an hour. This is important so that we can either arrange additional staff to help you at stations outside normal opening hours or make alternative arrangements to ensure you have the safest and most comfortable journey possible. But please do remember to book with 24 hours notice.

For customers unable to book in advance, our staff will take reasonable steps to help you on the day. However please bear in mind that there may only be one member of staff on duty helping other customers and they may not be able to assist you as quickly as you would like.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: If you purchase tickets where your train journey doesn't begin and end on our route then it is advisable to contact the other train company for information pertaining to that portion of your journey.

Please visit www.nationalrail.co.uk for more details.

The National Rail Enquiry Service is available 24 hours, every day on 08457 48 49 50 and also provides a textphone service on 0845 60 50 600

Assistance with Luggage

We do not provide staff specifically to carry luggage on any of our stations, but will provide assistance with luggage to and from the train for disabled customers when the service has been pre-booked.
