South Essex is a great place to escape the City, breathe some fresh air and enjoy yourselves.

The area has lots of leisure activities which range from relaxing to fun family days out. There are an array of parks, cycle paths and beaches, and Southend-on-Sea is host to Adventure Island, a large shopping mall and a thriving nightlife.
