Today we have been ranked the best train company in the country for the punctuality of our services, according to the official rail industry figures published by Network Rail.
97.2% of c2c trains were on time in the four week period ending Saturday 26th May, according to the Public Performance Measure, the official rail industry standard for punctuality – the best score in the country. We have now finished top of the table for seven of the thirteen four-week periods in the past year. Over the year a total of 96.9% of c2c trains arrived on time – also the best score in the country.
