How to contact your local Rail Passengers Committee

We will always try to address your comments and concerns in a fair and reasonable way in accordance with the National Rail Conditions of Carriage and our Passenger 's Charter.

However, if once you have heard from our Customer Relations Manager team you are unhappy with our response you can contact your local Rail Passengers Committee who may be able to help. These committees are independent consumer watchdogs, established by Parliament to protect and promote passengers interests:
